Management
Since its inception in 1988, Infotronics Integrators (India) Private Limited (IIPL), has dedicated itself to providing services for Personal Computer Systems and Local Area Networks. Promoted by two engineers, all with extensive prior experience in the Information Technology industry, IIPL has come a long way from the Rupees Five Thousand seed capital to a respected name in the Services industry with a turnover of Rupees Five Million for the last financial year.
Strengths : Technical Competence
IIPL prides itself on its technical abilities . We have designed a number of devices like Streamer Multiplexers, Line Drivers, Protocol Converters (RS232 to 20mA Current Loop and RS 232 to RS 422) and Patch Panelling systems for Mainframe machines for such exacting clients like Digital Equipment (India) Ltd., HCL-HP Limited , Pertech Computers Limited and IDM limited . These solutions were unusual in the sense that the above companies are themselves in the business of Information Technology .
Commitment to Schedules
The Services industry is absolutely relentless when it comes to delivering and we at IIPL have always kept our Customers needs above ours, and break our backs so that our customers can stretch theirs. Schedules are sacrosanct for each of us.
Constant Updation of Technical Skills
We have been at the forefront of emerging technologies and kept ourselves abreast of the latest developments . The power of this knowledge helps us in designing contemporary solutions for our customers . Our engineers are encouraged to follow this principle and are seldom found lacking in suggesting/implementing new methodologies. One of our Directors has undergone a course and cleared the Certification Exam for Certified Information Systems Audit , conducted by ISACA (Information Systems Audit and Control Association) .
Vindication of Faith from our Customers
Each one of customers , from corporate luminaries such as Sandoz India Limited , ICI India Limited , Terene Fibers India Limited (Reliance Group) to smaller entities like Dagger Forst Tools Limited and Fine Jewellery India Ltd. have repeatedly entrusted their service needs to us . Till date , none of our customers have felt the need to look elsewhere , and the lasting relationships that we have managed to build are , we feel , a tribute to our abilities .
Commitment to Quality
Quality is the common , pervasive element in all our endeavors . We believe that there are no short cuts , every solution that we provide should stand the test of time . The tracking system that we have installed in our office keeps a keen eye on the exact status of each equipment under our care , the inventories thereof , the downtime of the faults . The reports generated by this system are extensive and not always flattering to us.
Connecting the future
When Network growth means scaling corporate network performance or reaching out to remote offices , IIPL has the right solutions . We support and implement routing and remote products which extend network reach , building and integrating LANs and WANs . As networks grow , our services keep pace , scaling cost effectively to meet increasing demands. What’s more, our services are aimed at simplifying network administration. We integrate different cabling and technology systems so remote users have fast access to data resources. Our solutions do not operate apart from the existing LANs. Rather , we try to add value to the equipment the customer already has , not just protecting , but enhancing your existing network investments .
Teamwork and Creativity
IIPLs most valuable assets are its motivated engineers . An open and liberal management encourages employees to develop their full potential . Employees are urged to try new ways of doing things , to accept challenges and to aim for higher levels of effiency all the time . Furthermore , despite the emphasis on individual initiative , a common sense of responsibility is shared by all . This is the belief that each one is not a cog in the machine, but that each persons contribution is important - a vital component in the organization’s collective thrust towards customer satisfaction .
